Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Nadia Dow – Graphic Designer, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment

  • Full payment is required before any order is processed, designed, or printed.

  • No work will begin until payment has cleared.

  • Payment is accepted via e-transfer or PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production or design work has started.

  • In the event of an error caused by Nadia Dow – Graphic Designer, we will work with you to provide a reprint or correction at our discretion.

3. Proofs & Approval

  • Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs (digital or printed).

  • Nadia Dow – Graphic Designer is not responsible for errors (spelling, grammar, layout, colors, images, or content) that are approved by the client.

  • Once approval is given, the client assumes full responsibility for the final product.

4. Design Services

  • Any design work created by Nadia Dow – Graphic Designer remains the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, images, or content they provide.

5. Printing & Materials

  • Colors may vary between digital proofs, monitors, and final printed products. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

  • Slight variations in size, color, or finish may occur due to the printing process.

  • Specialty papers, finishes, or custom materials may require longer turnaround times.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is not included in pricing unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

  • Nadia Dow – Graphic Designer is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages once the order has left our facility. Clients must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.

  • Local pickup/delivery may be available upon request.

7. Turnaround Times

  • Turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days, but large orders may require additional time.

  • Turnaround time does not include shipping times.

  • Rush services may be available at an additional cost.

8. Liability

  • Nadia Dow – Graphic Designer is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of printed materials.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring printed materials meet their intended purpose before use.

9. Privacy & Data

  • Any files, designs, or personal information provided will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of completing your order.
